What is a Melvin Jones Fellow
Lions International recognizes outstanding individuals by bestowing on them an award that is named for its founder, Melvin Jones. This Fellowship Award is Lions Clubs International Foundation's highest form of recognition and embodies humanitarian ideas consistent with the nature and purpose of Lionism. The recipient of this award becomes a model because of the exemplary service to his or her club and the community for which it serves.

We are proud to have within our membership individuals that have received the Melvin Jones Fellowship Award. They are as follows:

Joe Colgan
Jim Price
Tawny Hall
Buzz Melton
Tim Colgan
Fred Howard
Dan O'Neill

In addition, the club has also recognized Stark County Community School District #100 as a Melvin Jones Fellow for it's dedication to and support of the Wyoming Lions Club and the community.
