Melvin Jones Awards
The Wyoming Lions Club recently honored Fred Howard (left) and Tim Colgan (right) with Melvin Jones Awards. The awards were presented by District Governor Elect Jim McCarter in honor of their dedication to the Lions principals and in particular to the Wyoming Lions Club and the community in which they live. These two Lions have been dedicated to community service for over 25 years.
The club also presented the Melvin Jones award to the Stark County School District #100 in recognition of their years of support of the Wyoming Lions Club, in particular for allowing us to use their facilities for many years for our annual pancake fundraiser.
